Not Satisfied With Performance

3 months old. Instructions are not clear. Manual says that pressure should be 6-12 for a double shot, but mine never reads different than zero, even after following instructions for grind, amount of coffee, degree of tamping, etc. Coffee from grinder does not flow down evenly. It piles at the front (near portafilter handle) and one must adjust level 2-3 times.

Machine looks sleek and brews good espresso shot. Still have to get use to the steam wand and grinder but was able to perfectly dial my beans in just 3 tries.

Good, but not perfect

I love the size and look of this machine. I had a really hard time dialing in for the first time. The machine wasnt as consistent as I would have liked with pressure and water distribution. I had to get my local coffee shop owner to come over and help me and he even said it wasnt the best. For an at home machine, it does pull decent shots and steams milk but the pressure on the wand isnt as strong and i hoped so microfoam in non dairy milks isnt as thick. I'm still trying to decide if the quality of the product it makes is worth the cost of the machine.

I’m a newbie when it comes to making espresso shots. I watched some videos to perfect my skills and having the machine less than I month I can say I lovvvvve love my espresso machine. If you’re new to espresso- recomend watching videos, getting good coffee beans recently roasted and be patient. Even recommend using old coffee beans to perfect your skills.
