Ran for 10 minutes then the motor started smoking and burnt up. Not a very well built tool if it can't last longer than that. Called customer service and it said I was 159 in line. Left message and haven't heard from them since. Not a very good company to deal with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So disappointed in weed eater

I haven't tried the blower yet, but the string weed eater was extremely disappointing. The only thing it can cut is grass, it is useless on the weeds, which is why I needed it in the first place.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It should be able to tackle a variety of different weeds and plants. However, it is not designed for brush. MISSING PIECES AND LOOKS USED!!!

I was super excited to use this combo but there are pieces missing (leaf blower tube) so I can't even use the products. Everything also looks like it has been used and was repackaged and sold to me as "new". There are tire tracks (somehow?) across one of the manuals, and everything is dirty. Extremely disappointed. If Greenworks doesn't resolve this quickly, I will be returning everything and purchasing from a different company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer is outstanding and handles the toughest jobs! The parts are a bit difficult to get as it relates to the trimmer head, but all in all a great buy and does the job better than gas powered trimmers.

This tool works well. Battery charged in 30 minutes. Full charge lasts throughout, full performance until battery shut off. Bump feed for the line advancement stuck on the second time used, easily fixed by removing spool cap.
