I bought one of their products and had two missing components, very little one nothing major. I contacted the support department and they responded quickly and efficiently. Got my replacement parts delivered at no cost

Easy to install,use and very convenient stuck easy in the very small cabinet as well.Having a steamer like this one is less frustrating,now I can wear all my clothes that really need to be iron.

This steamer is GREAT! I use it almost every day to steam my shirts and pants for work. It makes the wrinkles disappear like magic, and is way easier to use than an iron.
