Batteries problem didnt last more than a year not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The rate of degradation depends on how well the battery is maintained. There are different variables to consider giving an adequate answer. Greenworks takes as much pride in our battery and charger. The 60V platform batteries have been tested over 1000 charges. While we only work with the highest quality products, nothing is always perfect, but not to worry Greenworks lithium-ion batteries are offered with a 4- year (homeowner) limited warranty. Excellent battery.

I bought G.W. Pro 60v Blower with this battery.
It provides excellent adjustable power, burst power and extended time power.
Going on one year and zero issues.
The G.W. Pro 16" trimmer is great as well.
Photo file too large to add. I love GREENWORKS.
Just needing a pressure washer.

Excellent power

The 60ah battery from Greenworks has excellent power and lasts a long time. I have been able to get full power from the start right up until the battery dies. The battery is light and charges quickly so you never have too much downtime. You can monitor the remaining power of your battery by pressing a button on the side of the battery and viewing an easy to read meter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery doesn't last as long as I thought it would. I used the leaf blower for about 20 minutes before the battery was dead.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time of this battery when used in this blower. To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools.
With most tools, 15-20 minutes when using a 2.0Ah battery is an average run time. The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use. This unit is compatible with Greenworks batteries 60V, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be.

Bought the pole chain saw during the summer. Used it about 6 times - great. My problem is the battery didn't hold up. It will only take a 50% charge and the saw runs about 10 seconds and stops. Love the saw, but the battery sucks.

The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If the battery has been stored with little to no charge for a long period of time, the battery will go into recovery mode, which will take 24 hrs to recharge. This helps enhance the life of the battery. Once it is fully charged, the next charge will return to standard charging. Please know that our batteries are covered by warranty for a 2-year period from the date of purchase. easy to charge

The run time on the battery is not what i expected. It stated on the box that runtime was up to 90 minutes. The longest runtime I get is about 20 minutes
