I love my new TV. The picture is better than my last TV which was three times more expensive. The remote is easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase.

Need a nice 24" Roku Smart TV for the bedroom. Size was important as well as the Roku feature. I arrived and I had no problem setting it up.

No remote

I get why you're not including a remote as it saves costs and most people won't get the remote so you probably don't have to make as many thus saving money but that's really low for not including one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
