Better but without pole option could be the BEST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woks great so far. I would have given 5 star, if I can use it without pole as an option as well. This forces to buy another one with out pole making it more expensive for us. I wish this is made 2-in-1 with and without pole to be best utilized.

Heavy when extended

The chain comes off with every cut.It is also very heavy and unbalanced when extended

The chain will need to be tensioned periodically during use as sawing is a high friction use, high friction causes materials to heat up, chain is metal. Metal expands when heated, chain will need to be re-tensioned to account for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 7th 80V Greenworks tool I’ve owned. Quality equipment and great battery life . The 10” pole saw is no exception. Easy to assemble and powerful. A little heavy for extended use but great for the homeowner.
