Excellent Non-stick Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan for everyday use for all your favorite recipes… I’ve usually seen people complain about the coating peeling off, etc. but if you follow the instructions carefully you’d be surprised at how well this pan keeps the ceramic coating. Thumb of rule is to not heat the empty pan on high heat, use some butter oil - even a tad bit helps in case you’re overly conscious to keep the nonstick intact, don’t use metal utensils, and wash the pan by hand - this is a big one as washing the pan right away and drying with a paper towel is important. Now coming to the pan performance- heats distribution is even and eggs (I use a bit of olive/avocado oil) slide off just as they should, and the lid fits well and does it’s job. Overall, a quality non-stick pan and worth the price.

From non-stick to the stickiest within months

I was so excited to receive this pan. For the first few months, we were in love. Great diffusion of heat, very non-stick. But then from one day to another.... the pan stuck. to. everything. Cleaning, greasing, degreasing - nothing has worked. What a waste of money! I should have researched ceramic pans more to find this is par for the course for this stuff.

I have read all of the packaging, cleaned the pan as suggested. I love the sturdy construction and solid feel of this pan without excessive weight. Ready to make beautiful omelets again. Really looking forward to the easy clean-up.

Very good non-stick pan. Releases well and cleans up easily. Retains heat well. A bit on the heavy side but still easy to manage.
One thing to note is that Zwilling recommends you still use some fat while cooking.
