[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and I'm not allowed to have a grill on my balcony. As someone who LOVES anything grilled (steaks, hamburgers, shrimp, etc.) I discovered this, and it's probably my favorite piece of hardware in my whole kitchen. I could not live without it. The cast iron is virtually indestructible and creates a perfect char on anything I grill. Food is cooked evenly and has tons of flavor

Heavy but good quality

I can tell this is good quality. It’s a lot heavier than I was expecting but I do love how there are ridges and it seems good quality as I’ve compared with other cast iron pans and they all have that strong iron smell which I don’t like. I believe that cooking bacon or steak with this would be nice because it has ridges to drain the oils
