What a great grilling pan..!!! A panini sandwiches is one of the families favorite to cook in this pan other than meat grilling. Grill marks creates more appetizing and beautiful food presentation for a tastier food!!!
I also owned a cast iron press lid, fitted perfectly on this size.
This Staub cast iron grill pan possesses impressive even heat distribution and heat retention.
Perfect for a home and restaurant grilling, steak, pork, chicken and fish, great for grilling salmon. It'll be the most moist, tender and perfectly cooked food cooking in any Staub cast iron pot.
Added side vegetables and herbs while grilling makes a perfect dish!!!
A cast iron perfect for day-to-day use and be passed from generation to generation. Double handle makes it easier to maneuver.
Requires no seasoning. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe, hand washing is a recommendation. Made in France.

Though heavy and a little tedious to clean, I love my dark blue square grill pan. In the winter months, I utilize it indoors to achieve desired grill marks and texture on my burgers and asparagus. When the warmer months arrive, I take this bad boy out to the grill to cook smaller foods that I don't want falling through the grates.

Grill meats and vegetables with the even heating of a Staub cast iron grill pan. Gives the beautiful grill marks you are looking for with tasty results. No need for seasoning as this has the matte black interior coating that will provide superior browning and easier clean up with no staining.

Staub's grill pans are literally amazing. You name it we grill it on this pan. The interior of the pans has Staub's black matte finish and retains heat like no other grill pan I have used.
Works on any cook surface including the BBQ - goes up to 500F. I use this almost every day.
