Happy Thanksgiving!

We have been hosting thanksgiving for years and am embarrassed to say we didn't even own a carving set. Our family chipped in and purchased this generous "thanks for hosting" gift. Wow, what a differnce. Slices the turkey so easily and smoothly. We actually use the slicing knife year round.

Not just for special occasions. This set comes in handy for family gatherings when large portions of roasted or grilled meats are served. Carving knife makes an easy task of slicing meat, while the carving fork gets placed on the platter for serving.

Pro knives are the top of the line German knives Zwilling makes. They are made from German Special Formula Steel and are fully forged. They are Ice-hardened which allows the blade to stay sharper longer. The curved bolster give you extra holding power when slicing through a big roast or turkey.

Makes a wonderful gift or upgrade your carving set. The blade shape of this carver is fantastic compared to other zwilling carvers this one is more tapered towards the tip where others are a little wider. The fork feels solid.
