We were looking for a refrigerator to replace the one in the garage and this one worked perfectly. I like the fact you can use as either a freezer or refrigerator. Only disappointment was the glass shelves and since this refrigerator holds mainly drinks and bottled items I was concerned about the weight on each shelf. So far, so good and no problems. One thing to note is I assume the evaporator coils run on the sides and when the unit was originally cooling down, the sides got quite hot to the touch. It seems to be fine now that the eventual temperature was reached and is being maintained.

You have serious problem with thermostat controller in freezer..
Usually at night it shuts down and temperature goes up to 30 degrees.
In morning when I opened door for ice temperature kicks back on and Freezer goes to 5 to 10 below zero. Will not stabilize near zero.

Element 17.6 cu ft. freezer refrigerator - It is not the best but it does keep your food cold. When opening the refrigerator door the items that are stored on the shelf shakes. (poorly made) The trays at the bottom I wish they had a lining so you can slide the trays out instead of just sitting the trays down. I don’t like the door, It should have had handles to open the door instead of placing your hand on the inside to open it. This is my honest opinion regarding my new refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
