Beautiful and amazingly sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a set of cuisinart knives from a long time ago and thought I might need an upgrade. The old knives were not well balanced and dull. The new swilling knives are amazingly sharp and all of them are well balanced in your hand. Almost zero pressure was required to cut through thawed chicken.

Was debating between the Pro and Pro S and opted for the Pro S as the weight felt more comfortable in my hand. The material is high quality and the blade profile is fantastic. Overall great products.
