Everything in this block are forged blade knife!

These set is one of my favorite to sell at my store and with 8pc. steak set Professional S, that addition to this block is worth the price.!!! I know for a fact that Prof. S is something you can never say anything bad about it. It is all made in Germany knives and those steak knives are awesome!

This Pro S block set features the best of the best classic German knives. 3 Rivet handle, full tang, German stainless steel that has been ice hardened and hand sharpened.

The Perfect Knife Block Set

Pro S knives were my first introduction to premium knives. I was overwhelmed with the sharpness and how well they stayed sharp. They feel great and chop even better. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and having good knives is such a game changer. When you get a set like this, you are set for the rest of your life. It may be one of your most important purchases.
This block set is truly the best! Every single knife, including the eight steak knives, are made in Germany and forged from German steel. That means they are all very sharp, have that great weight and feel of a forged knife, and are going to stay sharp. A few "bonus knives" that you wouldn't normally get are the boning knife, perfect for working around chicken bones or segmenting oranges. The bird's beak parer is perfect for coring strawberries or deveining shrimp. And of course the bread knife, slices through crusty bread without smooshing or flattening.

Really like the Professional S 20 piece set. Has everything I need for chopping, cutting, dicing & sharpening. Well worth the price for a Zwilling Block Set.

The Pro S series is German made, special formula no stain steel that is forged and ice hardened to retain maximum hardness yet retain flexibility to resist cracks and chips. With a traditional three rivet handle and perfectly weighted grip you will enjoy each of the knives in this set and never find yourself wanting another knife. Absolutely everything you need and more! This perfect set comes with all the knives you need for prepping, plus steak knives, a honing steel, and kitchen shears. You will never need another knife. I love that these knives have the finger guard too, so I do not have to worry about cutting myself.

everything you could ever need in one block set. the selection in this set of superior knives is unreal! A boning knife, a santoku, 3 different shaped parers plus 8 steak knives! And you still get the other regular knives, normally in a block set. These knives are made to last a lifetime so i think they will cover all of you kitchen culinary needs!

I wanted to make sure I had all my bases covered, that's why I purchased this set. I love the design of the handle of these knives. The set includes 8 steak knives, which was really nice so I didn't need to purchase them separately. I love that this set come with a boning knife and I have found that I use it for so many things, like taking the skin off of melons.
