[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. It is working great and is quiet when it's running. It also has plenty of space inside the frig and freezer.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a week since purchase, completing the whirlpool trifecta. The stove, dishwasher and now the refrigerator. My previous fridge wasn’t getting cold, so it was time to replace it. The item arrived with a dent but in working condition. I like the glass shelves and clear compartments. Still getting used to not having a handle to open the door. The light is bright to see everything in the fridge. The only downside to this fridge is the noise. It’s loud cranking up and while it’s operating. I’ve had a whirlpool previously and you didn’t hear a peep out of it. I guess garage ready meant it could be loud out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its just right for me, not too big , not too small. Its quiet and has all the right amendments like a butter storage in the door, large storage drawers and has a nice crisp appearance with no door handles sticking out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fridge. Clean and simple. Does it do your homework, No. Does it tell you that you need to buy eggs, milk, and soap? No. It is a fridge and freezer top bottom combo. It keeps your food/what ever you put in it cold. Set up... easy, put it where you want it and plug it in. Done. Storage space. Ya got 3 shelves and two of the drawer things for you to put food in that you bought and will forget about. 1 shelf in the freezer that you will eventually pull out so you can stuff more food in and forget about the food that you have stuffed to the back. Would I recommend this product? Ya, it works exactly how I expected it to.

Thank you for sharing your insights with us. We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Refrigerator. It's hard for us to hear that you had a negative experience, as we always try to do our best to provide our customers with the best support possible. If your refrigerator or freezer is not cooling, systematically troubleshoot the following common causes: Environment and Location Unsuitable Location: The refrigerator is engineered for indoor, household settings, operating optimally between 55°F (13°C) and 110°F (43°C). Extreme temperatures outside this range can cause improper cooling or performance failure. Heat Source Proximity: Avoid installing the unit near heat sources (ovens, radiators). Ensure proper airflow and that the base grille is not blocked. Consult 'What is the Proper Location and Environment for a Refrigerator' for ideal placement. Power and Control Settings Power Interruption: After an outage, some models feature a Power Outage Indicator to signal unsafe temperatures. Acknowledge the "Power Outage" alert by pressing any button twice to silence the tone and dismiss the icon. Cooling Function Off: Verify the refrigerator is explicitly turned On. Some units may default to 'Off' after a power surge or be inadvertently switched off. Consult your Owner's Manual for power On/Off sequence. Temperature Controls: Factory preset is a "mid setting." Allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize after setup. Adjust the setting by only one level at a time, waiting a minimum of 24 hours between adjustments until the desired temperature is achieved. Adjusting to a higher number makes it colder (e.g., 4 to 5). Consult your Owner's Manual for model-specific control operation. "Showroom" or "Demo" Mode: This non-cooling mode disables the compressor while lights/display function. If “Showroom” is illuminated, cooling is off. Consult your Owner's Manual for the correct exit sequence. Maintenance and Installation Condenser Coils: If the environment is dusty, greasy, or has pet hair, clean the coils every 2-3 months for efficiency. Consult your Owner's Manual for cleaning instructions; some modern models don't require it. Recent Installation/Move: Allow a minimum of 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize. Ensure door seals are complete and not obstructed by packaging or bins. Leveling: The refrigerator must be level for proper door sealing and drainage. Use shims if the floor is uneven. Refer to your Owner's Manual for leveling guidance. Internal Airflow and Usage Air Vent Obstruction: Vents that move cool air between the freezer and refrigerator must not be blocked by food. Blocked vents cause inconsistent cooling and frost/moisture buildup. Avoid placing sensitive items (e.g., eggs) near the cold air stream. See 'Check the Air Vents for Blockage - Ensuring Proper Air Flow.' Large Food Load: Adding a large amount of warm food or beverages will temporarily raise the internal temperature. Allow several hours for stabilization. Excessive Door Opening: Frequent or prolonged door openings introduce warm, humid air, impacting performance, raising internal temperature, and causing condensation/frost. High Room Temperature: The compressor will run longer (40% to 80% of the time normally; possibly near continuously in hot conditions) to maintain the set temperature. Do not install the unit below 55°F (13°C).
