Possible causes for frost/moisture, temperature fluctuation, or door issues:
Improper door installation: If doors were removed and not reinstalled correctly, it can lead to doors not closing or sealing properly, frost/moisture, temperature fluctuation, door misalignment, or incorrect door switch actuation. Refer to the Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions for correction.
Doors left open or opened frequently: Leaving the door open for long periods allows humidity into the freezer, causing frost build-up. Frequent opening can also introduce humid air. Minimize door openings and ensure the door closes completely without obstruction.
Improper door seal: An improper seal on the gaskets of the refrigerator or freezer doors can cause humidity to form. Check the seal for obstructions.
Blocked air vents: Blocked vents can cause moisture build-up or excessive frost. Ensure there is proper airflow between the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Cold air moves between compartments through vents, which are located in different places depending on the model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great basic refrigerator. Crisper drawers for produce are awesome; they've kept my veggies crisp and they don't freeze like my previous fridge. Temperature stays perfect, despite being opened several times a day. The only drawbacks are 1) no light in the freezer; 2) the doors are VERY thick. When trying to reach an item from the lowest shelf (which is already difficult when you're elderly), it's hard to keep from hitting my head on the freezer door. But overall, I'm quite pleased with this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator cooled down, I loaded it up and it started warming up. I tried every setting on it, to get it to work right. Had to call a repairman, and he found a plugged drain line in the cooling unit. This backed everything up, and water was found in the lower section, and everything in freezer was thawed out. I lost everything in the freezer because of trash in a drain line, from the factory.
