Good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're generally happy with it especially since it was on sale. Even though it is 19CF like our old one It has a bigger freezer than our last one (which is a good thing),but a smaller food compartment to equal out the same 19CF. Because the freezer is bigger, the bottom of the freezer door is lower and because of the thickness of the door, it sticks out further causing a tendency for you to bump your head when leaning into and out of the food compartment. We like the deep door shelves and the LED light is very bright. Otherwise it suits the purpose well.

Not enough door shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed when I realized that one of the door shelves was missing. I looked at pictures from the store I bought it from, shelf was there. I called Whirlpool and was told that shelf is no longer provided. This purchase replaced an older model that looked identical to the new model. So sad that you deleted it!

Excellent Garage Refrigerator

Great basic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a fridge that my mother purchased well over 30 years ago that had its use and it was time for an upgrade. We decided to replace with this fridge because we wanted a nice absolute basic fridge and this whirlpool was on a great Black Friday sale. For the short time we owned this fridge we noticed immediately how much better our food is staying fresh in quality and how much quieter it sounds. We’re still getting used to the layout difference from the old fridge but everything so far is way better. My only negative note on this fridge is no freezer light, but there is plenty of storage space for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t switch door swing direction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a fridge. Don’t bother trying to switch the door to swing the opposite direction as it comes because the doors will not seal. There was such a gap I could stick my fingers through into the fridge/freezer. Not sure why they even make it an option when it creates such a gap. Did all of the troubleshooting but ended up just putting back the way it came and it sealed perfectly.
