Pro knives are the workhorse knives of my kitchen. This block has everything you need to cook any meal. Made from German Special Formula Steel and ice hardened the knives are durable and sharp. They can go through small bones with no problems. I don't always get me knives washed immediately (they might sit in the sink for awhile) but never rust or tarnish and that speaks volumes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
