Perfect for any quick vegetable chop, even the toughest ones. I like the shape of the blade and its super comfortable to hold. Its made from high quality stainless steel so durable for the long haul. Easy clean up - dishwasher safe!

Nice smaller Santoku

A good Santoku knife, great for chopping fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the santoku knife is a nice alternative big blade to use if you don’t want to keep using a Chef or if you like to chop your food rather than slice. It’s also not as daunting in size as the 7” Santoku if you prefer a smaller profile. The indentions on the blade also help with releasing food of the knife, a great aesthetic to the knife. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the high carbon German stainless steel blade. The German stainless steel won’t be prone to rusting or tarnishing, a great steel to use if you’re cutting up acidic or starchy foods.

Big or small, this santoku knife is great to use when chopping and mincing ingredients. The comfortable handle and sharp blade allows control and efficiency while working through prep work. The knife is lightweight but is super durable and a great value.

Good starter knife

The 5-inch santoku is a good choice if you're new to cooking and want to develop your knife skills. It is well constructed - with a full tang and triple riveted handle - making it sturdy and stable when you cut. It's a good length for practicing dicing, mincing, slicing. For the price you won't find better. The quality steel won't stain, and doesn't require any special maintenance. Just wash/dry and repeat. Can be resharpened. Dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand-washing to keep the looking like new.

This size and shape of this blade is ideal for chopping smaller fruits and vegetables. Light weight yet durable, this is an easy hold and use blade. great value for an incredibly useful knife.

Great for slicing, dicing, chopping and mincing. The hollow ground edge helps prevent food from sticking. The stamped blade is lighweight and the handle is comfortable. All you need to decide is if you need a 5" or 7" or both.

This knife will be able to manage daily cutting tasks needs such as vegetables, meat, poultry, fruits, and herbs. I liked how this knife is excellent for chopping, slicing, and dicing. Its functionality is the same as the chef knife however knife edge is more straight which is great for dicing and mincing! The indention on the blade creates a barrier between the food and the steel, preventing food from sticking on the knife blade. A well-made value product fabricated from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, a single-piece, precision-stamped blade and stays sharp longer. It is lightweight, and has a comfortable handle, low maintenance knife, and great for indoor and outdoor. Perfect for young cook exploring cooking! It is dishwasher safe!
