Needs improvement

Gave this a fair shot, but it fell short in many different ways, which ultimately led to its return.
The idea is great, but the execution needs improvement:
While it's self driving function helps when handling the H15 pro, it is a very heavy unit and quite cumbersome. Doing stairs with it is extremely inconvenient and unnecessarily tiring.
You can only use the dreame branded cleaning solution, which I don't like. If you use anything else it voids the warranty and I wouldn't say it's a great cleaning solution.
The self clean function requires at least 20% battery to work even though the unit is plugged in during that function. You're pretty much guaranteed to deplete the battery when using the hot water mode, so you end up having to wait until it's partially charged to run a self clean of the rollers instead of just starting it immediately upon docking.
The hot water function also doesn't actually get very hot (was hoping to replace my steamer and save a cleaning step) but the floor drying function isn't too shabby at all
Cleaning the solid debris (crumbs, pet hair etc) is difficult and very messy. You basically have to pick it all off by hand, or rinse it but risk clogging your plumbing.
The exclusive vacuum function is ok. Not horrible, but nothing to write home about.
Finally, I didn't feel that the actual roller brush did a great job of actually scrubbing. Definitely did clean the floors, but you can't really apply additional pressure on it if there are certain nooks and crannies you want to get into. It's edge to edge reach was quite good, though.
