It came in a box very well packaged. It took some time to put together but the instructions were easily understood. It's a good chair for my Mother.

Well worth the money

The best chair for disable elderly. Not covered by health insurance. They have either really expensive chairs or chairs that don't offer the same advantages. Doesn't rust, easy to move, fits over toilet, and safe for elderly. Good quality for price.

Medicare won't pay for a "shower chair" but this is a reasonable price quality product padded foam seat, pull out waste bucket, 4 large lockable casters, and high back completely water proof. Perfect transport from bed, to commode, to shower. Convenience for caregivers.

The wheels do NOT allow the shower water to get into the wheels & they are VERY durable.

I had bought 2 other similar chairs & the casters gave out & broke. I had to throw away the chair. These casters are VERY large & work very well.

This chair rolls really well. We have a small bathroom in a narrow hall, but we are able to almost pivot this chair with my mom in it and get it directly over the toilet. We took the center of the seat out (as designed) and left the bucket off so we could use it directly over the toilet. The seat cushioning is thick enough that she is okay with staying in the chair to eat her meals so that we can get her in the chair, wheel her to the bathroom, wheel her to her sitting room to eat, and then wheel her to bed without having to transfer her to the toilet or her chair. The footrest is a little difficult to put up or down when she is seated because her feet are in the way, but other than that, this chair is perfect for us. Although the assembly directions were not very detailed, I just looked at the pictures of the chair online to figure out how to assemble it. Customer service is outstanding! I emailed a question about possibly modifying the chair to make it high enough to go over a toilet with a bidet, and they answered me within two hours even though it was Sunday. Delivery was also unbelievably quick--I think I got it within 48 hours of placing my order, even though the site said it would take longer.
