It can be a seat or a knee pad. No more looking for something to helpful yourself up. It works great.

NOT ONLY EASY TO MOVE AROUND, IT IS COMFORTABLE TO KNEEL ON AND I FEEL VERY SAFE LEANING FORWARD AND REACHING TO TEND TO MY GARDEN.? I HAVE TO SAY I NEEDED TO GET SOMETHING OUT FROM UNDER THE BED AND I USED MY GARDEN KNEELER TO DRAG IT FROM UNDER THE BED.? IT WAS A LOT EASIER TO HAVE MY KNEES PADDED AND I HAD SOMETHING TO HOLD ON TO SO I COULD STAND UPWITHOUT FEEL OF FALLING.? THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL HELPER!

Just what I needed, I am old and getting down on my knees is no problem but without something to use to push myself up again that's a problem this is easy to move around and strong.
