This product has two heights for use.Kneeling and sitting. And as we older folks know, having something to push on to return to a standing position is a big plus!

Kneeler is great. Only problem for me is that I need more or softer padding when kneeling.

A little scary at first, I thought I catch my finger in it. But after a few time I'm more comfortable the other thing is the seat I would preferred it a bit softer. Overall its fine.

Just what I needed, I am old and getting down on my knees is no problem but without something to use to push myself up again that's a problem this is easy to move around and strong.

Great bench for working in the garden!

I love how lightweight this is, and I love being able to sit on it or kneel. I used it to sit on while planting 200+ onion plants. My work area was muddy but the little bench was sturdy. I use it in the house to be able to get things from low areas (like under the bed) and be able to stand back up because of the sturdy handles. I liked it so much I bought one for a friend who also has knee issues.
