now that I have gotten older AND HAVE HAD BOTH KNEES REPLACED AND MY RIGHT HIP ALSO IT MAKE IS A LITTLE HARD TO WORK OUT IN THE GARDEN HIS KNEELER MAKES IT SO EASY and I use it constantly and use it as a SEAT OR KNEELER AND IT IS THERE FOR YOU
