I love this no frills mower. It is powerful, simple, easy to operate and cuts grass with ease! Battery run time is ample to get my yard done w/ plenty of battery left. It's quiet to boot. My neighbors can't hear what I'm doing!

This push mower is exactly what I needed for trim work. It does the job on one battery, about one hour. The mower is easy to clean since you don't have to worry about spilling oil or gas. And no more multiple pulls with every start, especially with the first work in the spring. No more going to the gas station, no more oil changes, spilled fluids, air filter changes...so convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am crazy about this lawn mower. I have never been able to start a mower with a pull cord, I'm not a weakling I just can't do the pull cords, this mower solves the problem. My husband refuses to let me mow when I offer, I have a problem with rocks and windows, but the mulch option will save the glass at my house. I really don't enjoy mowing but now I can get it done when I need to with the ease of pushing a button to get started. So much better than anything I have ever used before.

1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged.
2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated.
3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. Should you continue to experience a problem with the battery and charger, we urge you to contact our customer care using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process.
