[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Green works tools 19" lawnmower cuts grass smoothly and is easy to use. The battery charges fast and lasts. Comes packed in box and you just put together a couple pieces. Comes with instruction manual. Just charge the battery and you're ready to mow your lawn.

I am so glad I waited until this model came out before getting an electric mower. It is the perfect mulching mower. Not having the rear discharge capability means there is much less chance of the deck getting clogged. If you don't install the side discharge kit the deck is very nearly smooth. I can mow my entire lawn on a single charge. The single lever that raises and lowers the wheels is wonderful.

I used for the first time. It works great! Got my whole yard mowed. It took me 45 min. Battery lasted for the full time and believe I may have gotten a little more run time. I have battery on charger. I will see how long it takes till its fully charged. So far I am impresses.

It cuts my grass pretty well and I am satisfied with the machine. The blade does not lift the grass very much, so it's important to cut only dry grass. Energy conservation probably. Much easier to use than a gas mower.
I am impressed with the design and the materials. The deck is steel and should hold up well without cracking. The battery lid appears to be polycarbonate. Tough stuff.
The machine is light and handles easily, but the wheels don't roll very well. The axles are painted or powder coated which means that plastic is rolling on plastic. A light dusting of graphite helped a bunch.
During the second use a bolt fell out of the handle support and the height adjustment failed. It appears that the bolts in the bracket were never tightened. One nut is gone. The other was about to fall off. Check all fasteners before use. Snug as necessary. Metric

Not sure if this is by design, but when tool arrived I found that the wheels are not all even on the ground. Front right is lifted up in the air, about 1/4 inch. When I tilt to make that one level the process repeats on rear left. I'm sure I can mow with this, and maybe could fix it but I'm afraid to damage my new tool.
Everything else was great. I also purchased a 60V snow blower which is amazing, products arrived quicker than I thought was even possible, battery and charger are great. Saved me in this blizzard we just got.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
