The mover cuts well. I had to request a replacement battery because the first battery did not hold a charge long enough to cut the front yard. The replacement battery lasts almost 40 minutes. I am able to cut most my yard with both batteries.

Purchased this about a month ago. Like that it's light weight & easy to push. The 1st use got about an hours use from battery. 2nd time was about 1 hr & 15 min. This last time it seemed like I only got about 30 minutes. I can never get my yard mowed in one try. It takes 3 hours for the battery to charge to get only 30 minutes to an hour of service. I like how it cuts if it would just keep cutting for longer.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is important to recognize that the run time depends on the load acting against the unit and fluctuates depending on the height setting, the terrain, grass height, type of grass, weather, operator technique, etc. there are many factors to consider when calculating run time. For this reason, it is normal for the run time to not be the same on each use. We would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; please kindly contact our customer support center at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Save your money. Battery doesn't run for long enough. Only good for little tiny yards.

Hello ABF2020,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time you're receiving. With a battery-powered mower, it is important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life! It goes without saying that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains. Here are a few mowing tips! 1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. 2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. 3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily. 4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. We hope these tips will help! If not, we would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; please kindly contact our customer support center at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

I am enjoying the mower in these first few weeks of use. It is light weight and very easy to move around. I have only used it for trimming, so I don't yet know how much run time I can get out of the battery. The height adjustment is easy to use, and it's very easy to start.
