Works so well I use it to mow whole yard. Light easy to use and mulches leaves better than my 20 hp John Deer tractor. Battery is good for 45minutes- 1hour. Great to use and not to have to mess with gasoline. This mower also has a 2 stage feature that when you get into heavy grass it speeds up rather than bogg down. Impressive, wonderful product.

My 1st attempt at gas free living, did research and chose Greenworks after looking over multiple mowers. Easy to assembly, starts easy, cuts even and is easy to push and maneuver. Plenty of power for 1/4 acre with no bogging in 4" grass, using 60V 5Ah battery. Would recommend this mower.

I'm very happy with this. It was easy to assemble, has plenty of battery life, and does a fine job on grass and weeds. It would be nice if it came with a bag for clippings, and I'd prefer a clip or lock so it doesn’t stop if I take my hands off to move something when I'm mowing. But it is easy to start and lightweight so anyone in the family can use it.

I am so happy with my new Greenworks lawnmower! I had a really great gas powered Honda, that finally bit the dust. It was so heavy, even though self-propelled. I wanted to “go green“ and so happy I did. This lawnmower is so EASY to use and very light in weight, easy to push. Cuts great. It would be nice if the battery stay charged longer, but it actually works out well for me because I have a big yard and I need a break every 45-60 minutes!

Great performance and very quiet

I upgraded from a reel mower to this and am very happy. I have a city lot and a half, and the reel mower took about an hour to do the yard. However, some areas were super tough to mow: someone overseeded a few areas heavily in the past, and used a grass type that is so fine it would just fall over in front of the mower. The first thing I noticed about this machine is that it is very quiet – my neighbor can barely hear it. I am guessing it's around 45-50 db (based on my 40 db vacuum). It still takes me about an hour to do the yard, but this is well within the battery capacity. And I love that I can cut the grass really high for those pollinators (and grass health). It handles a pretty uneven terrain very well. The mower weighs more than my reel mower but is just as easy to push around. It also takes up the same amount of space as the reel mower when folded up for storage in my garage.
