Can't say enough about how awesome this mower is. Light and sturdy, simple and powerful. It's like pushing a vacuum cleaner across my lawn, it's so light. I don't have a huge lawn, but it's not tiny either, and the battery powers the mower beautifully to the end of the job with no problems. I get a lot of leaves in late fall and it chews them up with ease, and still has power at the end of the job. I can't wait to mow because the experience is so satisfying. Bravo Greenworks, Bravo!!!

This lawn mower has a lot of power. I hadn't cut my lawn in over a month so the grass was very long and a bit wet at the ground. My lawn size is about 8000 sq ft. I had about 5 minutes to finish when my battery died. With shorter gass I should have no problems finishing it with one cut. It took 2 hours to charge. Well worth the purchase.

The model cuts my 1/3 acre lot well, and it's light weight makes it easy to push, so I am glad to have opted out of the self-propelled option. Four neighbors are also enjoying Greenworks electric mowers.

The lawnmower is quiet, light, robust and easy to use. However, the battery doesn't last long enough for me to do my whole yard (less than half an acre). I'm glad that it doesn't wimp out over sticks, but it is a nuisance to have to do my yardwork in two sessions. At least it doesn't take that long to charge.

I bought this late in the fall so have only used twice but so far it’s been great. Very easy assembly and super easy to use. It seems very powerful for battery operated machine. I was really happy to get rid of gas powered tools and have battery powered leaf blower and electric weedwacker Not sure yet about the battery life since the grass wasn’t growing too much yet.

Best battery powered mower for the money

I had a number of criteria required to purchase a battery powered mower for my condominium yard. It had to be of high quality, powerful, sufficient run time to do yard,...all of this at a good price. This mower met all of those. Although Greenworks says this model can not be vertically stored; I have been able to make it work without any modifications.
