Huge Value, Tiny Faults

Yes, it's true: These headphones are a fantastic value. There is much to like, and no deal-killer issues unless you're seeking perfection (in which case you're definitely in the wrong price range).
First, the sound quality is fine for most people and most purposes. I've used dozens of models over 50+ years as an engineer and musician, and I can say that with these, if it's in the recording, you'll hear it clearly and it will sound pleasant. There's no overt distortion, no over-emphasis of parts of the frequency range, no booming. The sound is easy to live with; it's not high-end analytical, but you wouldn't want to listen via Bluetooth with such headphones anyway. Volume with my OnePlus 6 is more than adequate.
Next, comfort. There are more comfortable phones on the market, ones even lighter, with even more unnoticeable pads, with even less clamping pressure. But there are way worse ones, too. I have a quite large bald head and big ears, so I'm sensitive to headbands that are abrasive, or too tight. This is neither. And the cups are big enough, and the pads are plenty soft. I have worn them for hours on end with no discomfort. Expect them to be sticky and sweaty in the heat; these aren’t sports phones.
Third, ergonomics. The controls could be improved upon. I have difficulty finding the three buttons, and identifying which one is the center (play/pause/power) by touch. The center button, particularly needs more tactile differentiation. And I would prefer these buttons to be on the back of the earcup, where my thumb would find them more easily with less wrist-bending.
Fourth, electronic performance is basic but just fine. Pairing with my OnePlus 6, my iPad Air 2, and my Lenovo Tab 10, all easy. BT range is average, 20+ feet. No tricky features (NFC, multiple simultaneous connections, etc) available or expected. ANC has only one setting, which is very good at cancelling steady noise like engines, fans, etc. The cups themselves block some ambient noise as well, of course, so even intermittent sounds are somewhat reduced. I would give them high marks for traveling, especially since if you lose them you’re not out $300! I’ve only received a couple of phone calls while using these and they seemed fine, but I’m no expert.
Bottom line: These are not the headphones I use for critical listening (those are Koss electrostatics), nor for working out (Bose SoundSports). But when I head for the train or especially the airport, these are in my bag, with no regrets about the audio quality.

decent while it worked - until the headband cracks

I own this headphone for about 4 months so far. Here are my observations
package 5/5 - comes with a case which is great.
audio 4/5 - it's not fantastic but it's decent, unless you're audiophile.
comfort 3/5 - it's not that comfortable for me; maybe it's the size and shape of my ears/head. It was originally too tight and even when I adjust to a better position, I still find myself adjusting it frequently to avoid feeling discomfort.
bluetooth 5/5 - easy to connect, never dropped.
noise canceling 3/5 - not really blocking a lot of noise, but it does make a difference.
design 2/5 - here is my biggest issue. the headband cracked after 3 months of use. maybe i got a big head, i don't know. however the position of the headphone cushions are so tight for me, that every time I put them on or take them off, I would bend the headband enough to cause the crack eventually.

Excellent quality. Comfortable to wear. The sound quality is similar to a pair of $300 Sony's that I tried

Nice set of headphones. Good sound quality. Only had them a week or so. Overall comfortable. Good battery life. Noise canceling seems to be on par with other ANC phones I’ve owned, non being high-end. My primary non-ANC headphones for home use are at what I would call entry-level hi-fi. Sennheiser and Koss in the $50 to $150 range.

So far so good, I've had them about 3 weeks now, they are light weight, the noise cancellation is good, not great, the sound quality is very good.
