Good value for the money

Sound is clean, but a bit flat. Noise cancellation is ok, but doesn’t quite compare with the more expensive headphones from name brands. Overall good value.

Audio quality issue
on August 10, 2019

Noise cancelling feature works OK but the audio, specifically music, quality is poor. Used in a noisy environment wired, not Bluetooth, playing music with which I am very familiar and could immediately tell that the sound was not good. Certain mid-range tones were gone completely.

Headphone won't turn on (or won't charge) after only a month. Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm not the only unlucky one.

I would recommend these. They are comfortable and the sound is good. My only complaint is the short length of the cable and the fact that the aux cable jack does not mate well enough to prevent breaking the connection.

I keep charging them and the red light will not go away no matter what I do. They charged fine for 4 days now all the sudden they won't charge at all?

Wouldn’t charge

I bought these headphones thinking it was a good combination of features and value. I put them on to test them, the sound quality was about what I expected. Not great but not bad for the price. Then I got a low battery warning. I tried to charge them and they never worked again. I’m returning them.

Audio intereference in crowds of people
on August 4, 2019

The headphones generally work well, but I was disappointed that that the audio cuts in and out when I'm walking through large crowds of people downtown. I presume this is some sort of Bluetooth interference. This is my first Bluetooth headset, so I'm not sure if that is typical or if it is an issue specific to the Monoprice headset.
