Sound: Good, Smooth not peaky or w excessive bottom end, but not the spectacular sound of super high-end brands.
Noise cancellation: Noise cancellation and room isolation were not very effective.
Controls: Worked well, but were difficult to feel and operate while wearing.
Would recommend them for everyday use, at the price a upper value.
A study case was a nice plus. Light weight & reasonably comfortable..

Stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Headset no longer charges when plugged in.

Seem to be very comfortable, and to work well, though I have not used them beyond testing. Sound quality is fair to good. Noise cancellation is not really used yet.

I don't know how to use it

The promo material did not talk about needing to connect to a blue-tooth device. I don't want to carry my cell phone with me when mowing lawn. I just wanted to cancel the noise of the mower. Maybe I can, but have not figured that out, yet.

poor connector jack

Effectively reduces sound and has clear audio for watching movies during air travel, but jack connectors have to be frequently replugged because sound cuts out; don't know if the problem is the singe prong jack or the plug-insertion hole on headset
