I bought these headphones to replace some Bose QC25 that were stolen. They are nice but not as good as the QC. The padding around the ears is not as comfortable or as tight and the noise canceling does not filter noise as well (probably because the padding does not fully “seal” the ear from the outside.) For the price they’re still probably worth it but keep your expectations low.

Battery died after one use.

Battery died after one use. Gave this as a gift and it is now to late to return. Consumer Reports mislead us all. Fit and sound is great. But useless since the noise cancelling needs a battery. Did I say the battery died after first use?

Great sound, not-so-sturdy headband

I purchased these just over a year ago (11/2018). I've used them almost every day since. They sound great with either music or TV/YouTube. I don't abuse them or crank them up like I do with my Sennheiser 555's (I didn't buy them for that). They have a nice, clean sound, and the ANC works very well (in my humble opinion). The charge lasts for several hours with a lower to medium volume, and takes about 3 hours to recharge with the included USB cable connected to my computer. I imagine it would take less time with an AC adapter, but I've never timed it. I'm still very pleased with them, but the headband broke, right in the middle on the top of the headband. Can't return them for an exchange since the warranty expired just a month ago. This is my first 3-star review of a Monoprice-branded item. I'm still happy with Monoprice, I just hope the headband can be beefed up a bit to prevent this from happening.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted and reading about it in Consumer Reports sold me. The sound of my music on my iPhone is fantastic.
I couldn't believe it. I intend to start buying audio books and can't wait to use it for that as well.
