Doesn’t cancel out noise

It does not cancel out the noise. It doesn’t sufficiently cancel out noise. We will return it.

Good sound, but has some issues with 10'5 iPad Pro: pause / resume function doesn't work, it pauses but does not resumes and battery level is not reliable, shows 50% and after on / off cycle shows 70%

Not for high noise areas

I work in a 100+ decibel work zone. I bought these to deaden noise. They really work no better than a $20 pair of non-electric ear muffs. I was expecting much more quieting effects. I don't use the Blue Tooth portion for music, so I can't comment on sound quality. They are very light and very comfortable.
