[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Yeti's quality was clear and full each time I’ve used it, although I would suggest to buy a pop-shield for the crisp sounding results. It’s soo easy to set up very self-explanatory just pop in a laptop and you’re literally ready to go within 2 minutes.
One advantage of its 5v USB power source that it can be plugged in to most devices or adapters. Pretty ideal if you want record on laptop, phone or tablet. The most important feature on the Yeti are its recording controls. There's a built-in gain dial, essential if you're recording quiet or distant sounds.
It also features a volume knob for the live-monitoring headphone amp, a mute button to pause recording, and the most important control of all: the pattern switch, which selects between the four modes of sound recording.
One being omni-directional mode which captures a room full of chatting people clearly and loudly, then you have both cardioid and bi-directional patterns which were very clear and precise (although you'll need to lean close to the mic to get the best from them), finally its stereo pattern is perfect for podcasting, as it can clearly separate multiple voices.

For me one drawback from the Blue Yeti microphone is you can’t use wireless headphones to hear yourself back whilst recording and you need an adapter to record on an iPhone. I hope in the future the make it Bluetooth. It would be even more convenient and useful piece of tech than it already is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this microphone is amazing, there is not echo or talkback like you get with some. The sound is crystal clear. The colour of this one is lovely, the size is quite big yet is the perfect size. I have mine plugged into my pc and it’s as simple as plug in and use. My daughter now likes to use it when she does video calls with school and everyone has commented how it sounds amazing with even her teachers going and buying a few for school. I most definitely highly recommend this product to everyone it is perfect for all your microphone needs I will definitely be investing in a couple more for my other computers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good quality microphone. It records sounds very well and makes you sound great. Very high quality audio. Build quality is also very good. The mic rip oven feels robust and sturdy and has decent weight to it. All materials feel good quality and premium and everything is very solid. Set is simple, more or less plug and play. My laptop was able to detect the microphone quickly and easily and I was up and running in no time. Cable length is also good. It has a long cable which definitely helps with positioning options. I have used this for meetings at work as well as recordings things and the audio and recordings sound brilliant. There is a depth and quality to the audio and everything is crisp. There are lots of connections and the blue colour is also very vivid and nice. Real eye catcher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Yeti Midnight Blue Microphone is excellent. The colour and design are both gorgeous and match my office decor. The microphone is very easy to set up and plug in via USB, and the stand is adjustable for perfect desktop positioning. The sound is crystal clear and is a brilliant tool for professional podcasting. With its broadcast quality audio and various settings including instant mute, microphone gain and pickup pattern switch, it offers flexible recording suitable for many projects.

The sound is crystal clear, performance is 100% and is extremely easy to set up.
It can be used on various platforms such as YouTube etc. We used this on my sons playstation 4 and it worked really well. Would highly recommend this microphone, fantastic bit of kit!

Absolutely amazing

The sound is crystal clear and you have the option to adjust the settings to suit what you are recording to. There is also a mute button that lights red do you know when you are muted. You can connect your headphones into the mic so you can hear yourself as your talking. There is no delays
