I've used Turbo tax, but have used H&R for past few years. The prompts and questionnaire portion of the program is pretty solid. The main issue I have each year is navigation between the actual forms. If I finally get to the form I want, there should be links to RELATED forms, eg links to forms that generate numbers I'm seeing on the current page I'm looking at.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
