I’m a long-term user. Overall the product is very good but I still have problems in a few areas one is how the system deals with RMDs and WCDs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I can't believe Merrill Lynch 2025 activity was unable to be uploaded.. (1099Div, 1099INT 1099B form 8949 info) Don't understand why the request for an IRS filing extension is an added cost item.
