They have made it harder and harder to understand and have to go and hunt for the forms I need I instead of guiding me to the places I need to be and asking me the proper questions.. I will be trying a new company after 15 plus years of using this one .

Yhere werre some changes I did not expect. Onlly complaint--the program had a choice, direct deposit or check. The IRS only does direct deposit now.

Overall a good product. Charging for electronic filing of NJ return seems like bleeding the customer. Not calculating the State late penalty seems like something that should be included in the program.
