I've used this product for a few years but doubt I will in the future is it does not have a way that I could find for me to put in asset depreciation for rental properties. If it is in there it was impossible for me to find, and I looked for quite awhile. Also, this product needs to get MUCH better with its ai integration. You either need to train your own model or get someone to do it for you because the way it is not is unacceptable. I should be able to answer almost any general tax question and get an answer at this point, as well as ai being able to do 80% of the heavy lifting for me. If you want this product to stay relevant, you'll need to make this a number one priority or someone else will

Switched over from Turbotax since they stopped suporting Windows 10. I think HRB was a little easier to use though TT except for the cludgey treatment of US Treasury interest in the CO state calcuation.
Pros: Easy to prepare
