Have used your product for over 20 years. Always easy to use. Only had one problem and your local agent took care of it. I am now 86 years old and still doing my own taxes with investments, rental properties and a small farm.

This is my third attempt to e-file. The process is confusing and even when i think I filed.........apparently I did not. I will try Turbo tax next year and will let you know how I make out.

Pretty easy to use, but State calculations were off on Oklahoma return. Forced to supply more information and received a fraction of the refund your software said I would get. I hope there are no other problems with Federal.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
