Software was easy to use but I was disappointed that it did not handle my k-1 form accurately and did not allow overrides.

The usual software but this time the automatic withdrawal didnt happen on the day I told it to and therefore I paid my income tax on the 1040 twice!! It should’ve gone through thee day I told it to.

All in all, this is a very good product at a good price. For most tasks it's intuitive enough to accomplish most tasks with very little tax knowledge required by the user. Something that affects me personally, but perhaps not a lot of others, is it's ability to help determine ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) taxes properly and easily. Not very intuitive for this at all. You'll need to know what you're doing and try to figure out how to enter data properly. Other than that, I like it. TIP: ChatGPT helped greatly with this issue.

I have been using the H&R Block tax preparation programs for years and they really make things so much easier than hiring a tax preparation service or doing my taxes manually. I was able to upload most of the various forms from work, insurance, and investment management direct from the sources, which saved a lot of entry time.
