The interview process was not complete enough for my particular situation. I had to go back in after running the check. The process for entering unique numbers for identification didn't work properly. I think the logic for handling deceased taxpayers might be faulty.

Disappointed in the conflicts and errors found in the software this year. Will most likely go with a different company next year

Very expressive for what is available to efile the other competitors. When I got to thr end, it did not recognize my subscription ID, requiring two phone calls to HRblock to resolve. Other than these, the assistant sections were helpful for schedule c amd rental income.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
