I am a retired CPA and I am a long time customer. My only problem with the program is with Schedule E. I generally have to make other manual entries to get the form correct.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Generally smooth, filing amendment was complicated

Most of the process was seamless. Immediately after e-filing I noticed a missed 1099-div and so had to file an amendment. The frustrating part was that the software instructions on filing the amended return 1040-x did not match the options I was seeing in the software. It was a little nerve wracking since this is the first time I was filing an amendment.

The AI help was a joke. AI was none existent. The help and processing of K-1s was none existent. I saw no improvement over prior years. Next year I will definitely look into other products.

Your pricing and marketing strategies are so misleading that I will not purchase your product again. I purchased your Premium edition based upon the representation that I would get 5 free federal filings and 1 free state. But it was a bait and switch. I was charged an additional fee to actually file my first state return and when I tried to get an extension for my second federal return, I was hit with yet another undisclosed fee. In the end, the add-ons ended up costing more than the original software.
