I’ve used for four years. I’ve had errors two of those four years costing me penalties. Now the software asks me questions I can’t answer. I’m going to stop using it

I’ve used TurboTax for years & was forced to use a new system because they do not use Wins 10. I felt like the placement of items fleas all over the place. I opted for the Home &?Self-Employed version. I wish that all Home was kept in Home & all Business was kept in Business. It was hard to find things when needed to change things. Not sure I would use it again.

I gave my attention to each and all were as accurate as I could make them. However, after I reviewed them, the flags remained and the program continued to take me back to them.
