good product easy to use. But at the end a glitch in the product required me to pay for the State filing (although) i bought the Fed/State package and then double charged me for it. And there was no clear and easy way to contact them to correct it.

Worked well. Effectively imported lat years results. Two problems …..state return could not be electronically filed in DC due to inability to transmit SC from I335 . That resulted in about 3 hrs work to print, collate, add the fed return, add all the supporting W2’s and 1099’s, and then deliver to post office where it was all sent by certified mail.
Second problem…..I spotted where automatic upload of data from my brokerage had resulted in my dividends duplicated…..would be nice if I got a flag when two entries were exactly the same number…..

Why should I waste my time with the survey? I have filled out two surveys already, and got no reply or satisfaction for my complaints. You clearly don't care once you have my money. Unlikely you will have it again next year.
