My daughter buys it online and we share it within the family. It makes my life easier. Since I have been using it for several years, I expect 'things to be the same' but this year they were not. I would perhaps appreciate a summary of changes from the last year hen I open it. Otherwise, It is a very helpful piece of software.

PIN issues at the end and total lost time!

After all the steps, the PIN that we have are 6 digits and the middle of the document uses the 6 digits but at the last step is not allowing me to put the 6 digit codes. So stupid waste of time

Terrible product. Did not allow for QBI information from PTP K-1 forms, which is a basic item for many people. The software kept telling me that I would be required to wait for a future update when this feature would become available, but it took weeks and weeks of updates until the feature was added at the last minute. Disaster.
That was my experience, and many people don't have this issue. But if a tax software could be so deficient about something as basic as this, then it's hard to have any sort of confidence that it's not equally lacking in many other areas as well.
All that said, I'm not sure I won't buy it again next year. TurboTax is a far superior product, but TurboTax requires Windows 11 OS to run, which my laptops don't currently have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this software on my MacBook pro for several years. It may be the only brand that makes the premium version with advance business features for Mac. It is easy to use and I am happy with the results.
