I bought their top level version. Too bad for me! The question prompts were vague, and confusing. When I tried to get help, the answers were not very detailed. They didn't really clarify any issues for me. The artificial intelligence assistance was a joke. Either use TaxACT for free, or TurboTax for pay. I'm going to hire an account in next year!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Software does not support basic forms like K1 or gift forms like 709. Very difficult to override entries. The AI assistant is a complete failure.

I bought this software because TurboTax made the horrendous mistake of not providing a Windows 10 version of their product for TY 2025. I had been using TTax for years. I would say their interface is more user friendly, but I think your software is more professional.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible. I was to have state and federal and the program change me to file the state even though It was to be included.

Not this year 😞 instead I got an AI Assistant, typed in my question and no matter how I requested information I received a comment stating there is no information related to your question. I tried to reach another level but it never responded

I have used this software for the last 6 years or so. Last year I started my own business and needed the Premium for the first time. Worked flawlessly and helped get me a bigger refund. Also, the extra licenses were useful as I had to file 3 returns for 2025.
