Same issues every year. You need to increase the number of transactions allowed from 1099B’s. I buy the premium and still can’t just import anll our information. I inevitably have to group some sales which is more time consuming than just importing them all. Also a grater chance for errors. Also this year, it took you forever to and the update so that I could efile. I kept getting a message saying the final calculations for QBI carry forwards was not finalized but yet you chat and phone support could never tell me when it was coming or exactly what the issue was. I looked at IRS.gov and they didn’t indicated there was a holdup and I know other people who used TurboTax or an accountant and had no such issues. I’ve used your software forever so hate to switch but it’s getting very tiresome to have these technical issues every year especially as the price keeps going up.

The Premium software seems to cover all the appropriate areas for deductions for my freelance business. I particularly like the fact that I get 5 free e-files for federal returns, which lets me file for my mother and son as well, and free returns for one state (you must pay to e-file the state return though). My only complaint, besides the cost, is that at the end I still have to fill in or check some boxes that I would think should have been taken care of in the interview process.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
