I have used Turbo Tax for years but switched over to your software because I needed Windows 11 for Turbo Tax which I don’t have nor want to upgrade to. So it took some getting used to a new program that didn’t seem quite as user-friendly as Turbo Tax. I had left a field requiring data input blank in your software and it never notified me of this omission. Turbo Tax would have caught this and saved me some headaches with the IRS. Unfortunately my refund is delayed now due to a lessor audit overview of my data input into your software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Overall it is good and I have been using it for about 20 years. It has become harder each year as items have moved to places that I had to keep going to “take me to”. Software doesn’t ask the irs 6 digit pin and you have to search for the entry location.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major problem, would give "0" stars if possible

Software has a major glich that forced me to redo the entire return. Online help was not effective. The software would not let me efile because I could neither correct nor delete a mistake in a form. My only choice was to start a new return from scratch, causing hours more unnecessary work.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
