Very hard to check entries. And the printed forms are difficult to use as the print is far too small.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I have used H&R Block software for years and have always been extremely satisfied. This year, because i received a 1099-MIsc late for income I forgot to include in my filings, I had to file amended federal and state returns. The walk through was easy to follow but e-filing the Oklahoma state return was confusing. The walk through instructions indicted that it was necessary to print and mail but the status on the open screen says e-filed and accepted. Which is it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well but no support for problems that won't let you file. In my case it was a QBI carryforward and the error message was the software hasnt' been updated, which was untrue.
