The program wasn’t easy to navigate if you had to go back to a previous interview topic. For that reason I’m not sure I will use it next year. Just like this survey, I have to agree to terms and conditions, but there’s no way to see the terms and conditions.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Federal return was easy enough but the Arizona state sucked. The software for this program was terrible, I had to go to the state Department of Revenue to find the correct forms and had to manually calculate the credits and was unable to electronically file. What do I need you for if I have to do this myself? I have been using this software for a decade plus but it might be time for a change.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was disappointing this year. I have bought H&R for the last ten years but I might switch next year. The program wasn't usable for several months because it was displaying incorrectly (using Windows 11). Eventually after several H&R software updates, the program was usable.
Cons: Time consuming
