I have been using this software for @ five years. And there is always a re-learning curve, but I appreciate not having to deal with my own mathematical errors, or having to look out for some special options that can lower my taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

It was a great tool and made my work much easier. The one problem I had was trying to submit my federal and state returns online. Everything on my end was correct, but it would not connect with your system. I called your help and she was puzzled as well. I tried more than once to submit but with the same problem and each try was charged for using a credit card. However, you disregarded those extra charges with my bank, so thank you. Eventually, I was able to connect and submit my returns.

Overall the software worked well. The only issues I had were that when importing stock transactions from Schwabb, some of the stock names or quantities needed to be manually edited, and after my federal was rejected due yo a missing IP PIN, I resubmitted both federal and state returns (the tax app reported that the state return was on hold since the federal return was rejected), I was charged a second time for the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
